Defective products
If you receive products that are defective, broken, or do not function correctly, Under Deck Oasis will issue a full refund or exchange the order for new products within 30 days of purchase.
Call 616-425-8188 and speak with a representative. You will receive instructions for returning the defective products before replacements or a refund can be issued. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping.
Refunds for non-defective products
Under Deck Oasis is not able to refund an order under $100, excluding shipping costs. Approved refunds for orders over $100 are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
